TITAN Group is an independent multi-regional producer of cement and other related building materials headquartered in Greece, with production and distribution operations into 12 countries.

Our System Installations:

• Kamari Factory: Six bulk loading systems. Three weighing and control systems of raw material and bags.
• Eleysina Factory: One bulk loading system connected with fifteen Silos. Two weighing and control systems of raw material and bags.
• Patra Factory: Four bulk loading system. Two weighing and control systems of raw material and bags. One remote systems of raw material weighing.
• Thesalloniki Factory: Six bulk loading systems. Two weighing and control systems of raw material and bags.
• Crete Island Distribution Center :One Bulk  Loading System connected with two Silos

Our solution

TITAN Group in order to manage the loading/unloading processes inside its industrial unit has been implementing our systems since 1987 with continuous hardware upgrades and software updates until today.

Leon Engineering has customized to meet the needs of each industrial unit, providing the necessary tools and equipments for the complete automation of its functional areas (weighing, entry/exit gates, bulk loading and raw material unloading and internal factory handle).Also providing software for batching and dosing management and business analysis (management information system, statistical data, fleet management, etc.) and the integration with ERP system.

This solution assists the truck driver to perform the loading/unloading process in self-service mode, interacting with the system components: First he identifies himself in the entrance kiosk, that validates the permission to load/unload from ERP, and waits for the system to call him; when called in the information panel, he goes to the entry weighbridge, identifies himself and the system registers the first weigh after checking with positioning sensors that the truck is in the correct position; when the traffic lights inform him to proceed, he goes to the indicated loading/unloading area, where he performs the operation; when completed the system registers the second weigh and prints the necessary documentation, which concludes the operation.
